Know about Citizenship Investment
Antigua and Barbuda started its first investment citizenship program in 2012, the only requirement is  Minimum stay of 35 days during the first 5 years of citizenship. Requirement recently reduced to 5 days a year for the first 5 years.
The access thresholds to the program are fairly standardized, in fact it starts with a donation of at least 125K dollars, passing through a real estate investment of at least 400K dollars and concluding with a local business investment of 1.5M dollars. There is also a fourth alternative which provides for the payment of $ 400K for a group of investors who reach the minimum capital of $ 5M. The recent price wars have further reduced the minimum donation, equating it to that foreseen by the St. Kitts and Nevis program, the only distinction being that an additional government fee is foreseen for Antigua and Barbuda.
But the real spearhead of the antigua and barbuda citizenship is represented by the facilities provided for families with 4 individuals. The cost of the donation in fact in this almost remains unchanged compared to the single individual. In addition to the fact that it is the only Caribbean CBI to have visa free travel privileges for South Africa.
Dominica was the cheapest investment citizenship program ever in the world until the time the Belize program was released, now listed for $ 40K. Today dominica immigration is positioned with an access capital to the program of 100K dollars and provides a basic level of English-speaking linguistic knowledge in order to be able to complete the application.
